I Want To Be Adored

Gloria, a college senior, has three weeks left to graduation. She’s bitter and bored with everyone in her life. Her Lafayette friends are pretentious and lackadaisical. Steven and Joey are in an indie band that isn’t going anywhere. While Kara, Mark and Renee don’t have any real direction besides boasting their opinions on new music. Her LSU friends are fun and carless, but their friend, Kimberly, is slowly getting out out of control. She parties too much, and everyone is starting to become annoyed with her selfish, outlandish behavior. Things take a turn as Kimberly’s boy toy, Frederick, comes into the picture. It becomes apparent early on who he really wants. And as things quickly grow out of control, Gloria begins to see things as they really are.
