Basketball has always been Drew Griffey's first love. Following his passion, he crosses the country in pursuit of his dream job. Leaving a loveless marriage behind, he and his new team embark on a season filled with triumph and tragedy. Northwestern California University is well known for it's beautiful campus and pathetic sports programs. The assistant coaching position might be the worst in the entire country and Drew Griffey's life becomes complicated and difficult. The team quickly becomes national news, as his life and everyone's around him are in danger.
