"Monks in Manhattan" features Ram, a funny Hare Krishna practicing celibacy while living in Chelsea, the red light district of New York, and Shannon, a frustrated millionaire socialite. They meet, fall out, and then fall in love with lots of pathos, irony and comedy in the process.
