Someone left the gate open, and the neighbor's dog has chased John's cat Astro up a very high tree. She's too scared to come down, so John calls for help. Soon the whole neighborhood is caught up in the dilemma. Annoyed by days of Astro's cries of distress, one influential neighbor finally does what no one else can to "save that cat."
