This book is a guide for people to help finding themselves again. This book is my way of reaching a broader audience of people who have lost themselves. I truly believe that there is no reason why you should live your life being unhappy. Happiness is a choice. This book will guide you through warning signs, toxic relationships, stages of change, and different techniques to find yourself again and why they help. The techniques are simple, take little amounts of time and effort, and most importantly do not cost a thing. The reality is that if you rely on others for your happiness you are setting yourself up for disappointment and resentment. If you find happiness in yourself you attract happiness.
