The Light Within: A Book of Mindfulness

Using the imagery of a flame inside us all, The Light Within reminds us to honor our inner light to cultivate happiness. Practicing mindfulness and protecting one’s flame grants us a sense of immunity from trouble that inevitably arises outside ourselves. We are further encouraged to see others with love and compassion, spreading light to those in need. The Light Within closes with a reminder to look to your flame when you’re feeling blue.
