Rayless Justice is a fast forward action thriller. When detective Mike gets a case involving a serial killer, he faces a tough challenge. With the help of the FBI, the team tries to narrow down a suspect pool in the San Diego area, but can they keep up with the serial killer, who seems to be on some kind of mission? Who is the serial killer really targeting and why is he killing pedophiles? On the other side, Ray Hunt has a very specific target in mind, when he starts killing in order to get to the truth and uncover the real mastermind behind the tragedy he is facing. It is a race between the San Diego Police Department and Ray Hunt.
