Emotions: A Course Through Life

Emotions, is based on a journey throughout my life which is expressed through poems and spoken-words. It highlights the challenges faced due to the choices made and the consequent setbacks, stagnancy or growth. This book seeks to paint a picture for the reader of the emotional turmoil encounter from an early age that has the ability to trap you in a particular state of existence for years to follow. The impact on my Christian walk and the resulting cycle of unrest and indecisiveness inspired this poetry. The cycle of emotional instability is broken upon my return to the presence of God with the elevation to a place of peace and growth in all areas of my life.
