Steven Orchard, an auxiliary nurse rediscovers his powers of healing, with almost a near-death experience after he performs these powers. Though, as he heals more patients, under no circumstances does he wish to be ‘found out’.

The story involves deception, as a reporter is on his trail, danger in search of his girlfriend, robbery and murder, and the inevitable falling for the wife of an accident victim, which results in a strong intimate affair, leading to an unexpected and sad end – or does it?
