Is wealth a guaranteed hindrance to spiritual growth? Does giving one's life to God mean we'll have to do things we dislike?
What does it mean to feel righteous anger, and how is that different from just being angry? To what extent is it our responsibility to keep each other accountable? These topics and more get a fresh and sometimes humorous, experience informed discussion that focuses less on us trying harder to be better Christians and instead being more willing to surrender our hearts to the permanent transformation only God can bring.
About the Author
Gregory Kline, MD is an endocrinologist by training, but his real expertise might be from his four decades of "being churched."
Having experienced everything from Sunday school to Christian camping, church choir to short-term missions, he's had ample opportunity to see the church at its best... and sometimes its worst.
