STILL-POINT: POEMS AND THOUGHTS UPON WAKING UP

Since his enlightenment in 1986 the author, M. F. Taylor, claiming only to be a witness, has written a number of books related to enlightenment. Still-Point is the latest and the only book utilizing poetry to convey or point to a higher order of consciousness. Most poems in Still-Point are a delightful and unique mix of two apparent levels of understanding or consciousness: our everyday way of knowing, and a profound sense of “Now,” generally hidden from the self. The poems range from the whimsical to sharing the emergent wisdom, expanded insight, and journey discovered through the still-point door.
