Backroad to Freedom

As a child late at night laying in my homemade
car seat bed being so restless, the sweet melody
of her voice would put me sound asleep. I miss
my mother so much. Sometime right now when
I am restless, and can’t get to sleep, I image my
mom singing and playing her guitar in my heart.
That gives me comfort down thru the night. So
I know that my mom is always with me in
my heart.
