The Green Symphony is a collection of short stories. The title is taken from the first story. The book contains 16 short stories with different length. The stories are a mixture of fiction and reality. For example, in the first story The Green Symphony , the narrator tells us about the day of Eid, when the building in which she had been living became dreary. She took a step down stairs. Suddenly, she stopped trembling. She heard the ring of footsteps coming upstairs. She argued with herself which tried to convince her to descend, but she refused. She was deadly frightened
