“Bridges to Cross” , is a story about living. Waymon ‘Brotherman” Jenkins has been extremely fortunate and he is trying to live with all of his blessings. Money doesn’t change who he is only what he can do and he is trying ,at this point in his life, to be a better person. The story is about Love and Family. Traci’s poor relations with her daughter and Black’s troubled past with his mother. It talks about the frustration of racism, Urban Politics and hidden agendas. It is a romp of life and its conflicts. “Bridges to Cross” is entertaining and provocative.
