The Dream Continues

Sometimes unexpected events happen in life that brings about surprising changes. When I was 38years old I made a decision to leave a good job and my family to do the toughest job that I would ever love; be a Peace Corps Volunteer. I had done a lot of volunteer work in my life, but this would be the most challenging and rewarding volunteer work that I dedicated myself to do. The rewards would be plentiful as when I left the Peace Corps in 1991 I would return home a changed man in many ways. I am 64 years old now and I am still giving my time to volunteer for my church and for my community.
