Someone is slaughtering big game hunters in Africa. International law enforcement is baffled. Meanwhile, Roger Storm, half-drunk and severely depressed, is drawn into a bizarre and hair-brained scheme to save Africa’s displaced people and dwindling wildlife from a sinister organization buying up vast swathes of land from dictators and warlords for mining and food production.
