Mission Statement The FiT Army was recruited to protect children’s health, (Food, information, Training). The last 10 years has seen a lifestyle shift towards convenience eating and less exercise. The FiT Army is now fighting back against the evils of Sugar, Salt and Sedentary living. Now you can follow their missions and even join the Army and help fight the enemy.
