Thirsting for God: Prayers from a Monastery

The monks of Saint Meinrad Archabbey, like other men and women who have followed the “Rule of St. Benedict” for centuries, dedicate their lives to prayer, work, and community life based on the Gospel. They thirst for God, and with Christians everywhere, lift up their hands, call on God’s name, and say, “Lord, teach us to pray.” Thirsting for God: Prayers from a Monastery offers a sip from the deep well of contemplation available to us all.
