Gray in a Series of Other Short Stories

I stood over Knight’s body hoping that he would soon wake up. “This is all my fault!” I yelled as a single tear rolled down my face. I jumped on the couch and stuffed my head into a pillow. I beat my fist on the couch. “This is all my fault!” I cried even harder, letting the tears flow freely into the pillow. I picked myself up and attacked the pillow next to me. I flung myself into the couch. Beating myself up. Just hoping that no one else would die because of my stupidity.
