DICHOTOMIE ET PRIVATISATION SECTORIELLE DE L'EDH: Abat-Black-Out

L’actuel EDH est défaillant, déficitaire, et survit grâce à la subvention qu’il reçoit de l’état. Privatiser l’EDH est dans le plus grand intérêt du peuple haitien suivant ce model efficace – Dichotomie et Privatisation Sectorielle. Un model de privatisation qui crée de nouveaux emplois, partage les risques de pertes, et garde à l’état d’Haiti le monopole de la production du courant électrique. EDH, Haiti’s state-owned electric power company, is failing and is subsidized by the Haitian treasury. It is in the Haitian people’s best interests to privatize EDH using this efficient two-step process model – Dichotomy and Sectorial Privatization. A privatization model that creates new jobs, shares risks of losses between the stakeholders, and maintains the state’s monopoly over electricity generation.
