Detectives Steele and Stacey find themselves involved in a high tech drug smuggling operation involving drones from Columbia to the U.S. Things become unglued when terrorists are involved who want the drones for their use. War breaks out between drug smugglers and terrorists as action explodes in the Caribbean.
