Riding on Whispers

I used to be a normal college girl, but now I'm a fugitive running from the Galactic Federation as I frantically search for my twin brother. He is only spoken about in whispers by the ones who know him.

I finally have a location - Enzo - but it's a top secret, military base that performs genetic enhancements and alterations on soldiers.
