Nick Carter and his lover Selena Connor work for the Project, a black ops counter terrorism unit reporting to the president. Ancient gold coins found in a terrorist stronghold in the Philippines set the Project team on a collision course with a ruthless terrorist who dreams of an Islamic state in India.
