Stories from the Bush

The book consists of various poems, originally set to music and sung by husband , Len Hill, at dances and other country music venues . The poems, of various themes, generally follow the life and history of Rosalie’s family background, and of her life on the land. Photos of her beloved country and hills in the mid-north of S.A , help explain the beauty which she has been lucky enough to be able to experience. Sheep , dogs and horses dominate, with the old stories of men in the early years when life was very different from modern days. The book also includes a few personal interests of family as their lives progressed into western Australia and beyond.
