Poetry and Other Inspired Ideas: My transformational journey to healing

This poetry sets the tone for accepting self-love and spirituality. I discovered along my journey that I can pray for transformation, I can pray for healing, and I can pray for others. But when I began to believe and trust in my own self-love by releasing resentment of the past and resistance for the future, it was clear to me that there was a shift in my conscious and subconscious mind, allowing me to receive all that God has and all that God is! Denial is an addition often served with fear, shame, and guilt as appetizers and revisited daily as a comforting friend. Identify it, explore it, and then embrace it. We have to be it and do it to come through it.

Gift of Vision

The rhythm of rhyme intrigues me,

Never does it deceive me.

Instead gives me the gift of vision,

And without it, I could not make the decision

To keep You in my life on a daily basis,

Continuing to give birth to Your light

In all the wounded places,

Embracing all the joyful faces

And enlightening all the races.
