My Journey in and out of the Menopausal Trench of Hell

Looking back afterward, I could see when it all started. 

We go through many phases of life, all starting when we are born as women. 

Most major symptoms began for me at age fifty. I sat in my doctor’s office, telling him all my symptoms. I had “Googled” them. Well, he sat, listened, and smiled. 

I thought, “Why are you smiling, this is serious.” 

Then he said, “And, Kathy, you are fifty.” 

So he did the blood work and said it will be okay. “We will call you to let you know, it is normal.”
