If I can cook it, so can you!

I decided to write this book to help the average single mom or bachelor. I started cooking at home when I realized how much money I was spending eating out at restaurants. That combined with trying to impress a woman, my cooking passion was born. I am aware of all the cookbooks and search engines for new recipes. However, I discovered most were ingredients I never even heard of or wouldn't know where to buy them. So I decided to take my recipes with basic ingredients that are very easy to cook. I do not have ANY cullinary experience, all you have to do is follow some easy directions.
