According to the Stepfamily Foundation, one in three Americans live in a stepfamily. While much has been written about the stereotype and realities of the wicked stepmother and stepparent struggles, but an integral part of all these changing families hasn't been truly addressed: the kids who are thrown together as stepkids and stepsiblings, to a kid many already reeling from their parent's divorce, being thrown into a living situation with another family's child can rock their world.
