Pre-Father Care: Prenatal Care for Fathers: A Lifelong Journey of Self Care

Pre-Father Care establishes a safe environment where fathers and father figures can receive support (in the comfort of their own homes or in a group setting) in exploring their past hurt. Through a series of reflection exercises and powerful messages, fathers / father figures will reconnect with their strengths and learn to accept the scars from their past in a nonjudgmental way.
