Global Telecommunications Corporation (GTC) made many unsuccessful investments as they attempted to expand their customer service department into South Asia, specifically India. When GTC announced a major downsizing, employees' behavioral psychology is transformed from corporate to criminal. Christopher Harris, the Southern California branch manager, was instructed to downsize his workforce by 20 percent within six months.
