Jeff and Max in New Orleans

Little Jeff and Max are best buddies, and they love traveling together. This time, they’re off to the beautiful, mysterious city of New Orleans. They start the day simply enough, with a trip to the zoo, where they see jaguars and shining bright-pink flamingos. They visit the statue of General Jackson for a bit of history too. Then it’s time to eat, so Jeff and Max make it to the French Quarter in search of exciting Southern fare . . . but what could be more exciting than running into the voodoo queen herself? Don’t be scared though; she wishes the boys well. Soon, the best buddies hear jazz music and dance around with the locals—what a thrill! They travel to a fancy plantation house, where there are antique cars and blacksmithing, and even to the dangerous Louisiana swamps. Jeff and Max hope to see an alligator, and if they’re lucky, they just might. This is a magical adventure through the rich history and colorful culture of New Orleans. The boys will never forget it.
