To Eat or Not To Eat, My Life With Pemphigus/ Pemphigoid

Some how, I have come to be in a war zone. I don't know who the enemy is or when he will attack. I dismiss the attacks at first, because they seem small and insignificant. As they continue to grow in intensity, I begin to take notice. I am viciously slashed on my head and mouth. I am left bloody, broken and afraid. I have no weapons to defend myself, all I can do is retreat and hide. Even when I think I have gotten away safe. I am always found. This is a vicious diabolical killer, who is after me. I have no time to find out why.
