​Published in conjunction with the North Dakota League of Cities, this manual is compiled to provide a practical reference tool of statutory provisions governing the operation of cities and towns in North Dakota. It includes Title 40 (Municipal Government) of the North Dakota Century Code, together with other selected statutes that were in force through the most recent Legislative Assembly.
