Struggling with Suicide

Struggling with Suicide is a book I wrote that details my struggles with losing loved ones to suicide and my own battles with suicide. The first part consists of different tips from my life that have helped me not to succumb to suicide and tips on how to help friends and family not to give up. The second half is my battles against suicide with losing loved ones and almost losing myself.
