Roger Zotti’s latest collection of essays, Best Served Cold, is “mostly a true book with some stretchers,” as Mark Twain’s Huck Finn says about Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. In part one, Zotti focuses on sports, while in part two he’s concerned with books and movies.
