The book is all about a life that changed drastically. From being a physically active person all of her life, earning a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, and walking up to 6 miles a day. An unknown illness struck her in 2013. Thanks to the staff of the VA hospitals, and her own determination, she continues to live a productive life.
