Fact and fiction waltz together. The author through years of research has gleaned and pieced together enough material to render her own interpretation of the amazing life story of her parents. Set in World War 2, tragedy struck. Two lives collided and afforded an opportunity to make something great together. Nothing could be salvaged from the past, so through hardship and determination a monument to loyalty was erected.
