The Case of the Murdered Vampires

A vampire has been murdered; its unlife ended in a brutal, horrendous way. The body was dumped in an alleyway and green ichor, vampire blood, was splashed all around. But the ichor does not belong to the murdered vampire. That means that there is another victim yet to be discovered. Malcolm Sinclair, Dark Magic Hunter U.S. Army (retired), thought that settling in the Bay Area would be a nice peaceful life. But cases have a way of finding him, and before he knows it he's chasing vampires across the city trying to find out who has been committing murder. Malcolm's ex-wife, Detective Lila Granger, is suffering from Post-Demonic-Possession Disorder. She has a nasty temper and a violent solution to every problem, but she's also determined to solve this case and bring the killer to justice. Only by working together can they find the murderer and uncover why he's doing it. Time is ticking away. They will have to delve into the dark side of magic to find the answers. Can they discover the truth before the next body is found?
