I Will Restore Your Health and Heal Your Wounds, says the Lord

Forgiving and forgetting are two different things. Both are difficult to do in our own strength, but what God calls us to do, He empowers us to do. We are told to forgive and foregt for our own peace. Holding on to the past and its hurts--hurts us.

To forget means to put out of mind, cease to think of or consider, neglect to attend to, do or mention; fail to remember; to stop thinking or caring about. Whatever we think about, we give energy to. God says, "Do not remember the former things or ponder the things of the past.

God is working a miracle for you. He has already begun. Are you looking for it expectantly? He will do what He says.
