The Summer Cottage: Includes a bonus story

These recipes were compiled by my Mom for the most part, excluding those donated by the University of Wisconsin System, for which they will receive a percentage of sales, should there be any. After my Mother gave her index card box of recipes to me I decided to type them up and share. I grew eating these meals and I'm sure you will too, so enjoy them, please. The University recipes came from the lady at the St. Francis Food Pantry, (Eau Claire, Wisconsin) that was passing the recipes out, and told me, I could use them in my latest book. I can't recall her name, however, I see her once in a great moon. Thanks to many!
