Short Stories That Rhyme

Marilyn Wright, whose name is mentioned at the end of Chapter 4, is the author of a "Dear John" letter received by me, close to the end of my tour with the Marine Corps. I was discharged at Beaufort, S.C. Her letter convinced me to breeze through Ohio and head back out to the west coast. I met My joni in Seattle, WA. two years later. We were married on June 6 1962 and had wonderful marriage, best explained in Chapter 5. I saw Marilyn at our 50th Class reunion in 2005 . She was very happy for me and said so. After I finished my book , I sent Marilyn a copy and suggested she became my Manager because I needed help in the distribution of my book. It seems to me that would be a very unique situation. After all, she was the one who sent me all the way out here and into the arms of My Joni.
