The Mystery of the Dark Area

This is a historical fiction about the Boko Haram terrorist group in a country where patriotism, hopelessness, and gory events are intertwined. When a Nigerian surgeon returns to his country, his patriotism is tested when he loses what he cherishes most to a notorious terrorist group. In a sphere plagued by poverty and terrorism, the passion and patriotism of John, a medical doctor, are put to a great test when he is kidnapped by a group of terrorists during his visit to the Northern part of Nigeria. Endless calamities, greed, and insatiable quest for power predestine the protagonist to a fatal end. He does not just lose his family; he lost himself. He has two options: stay out or get locked in. He risks it all, and now, he needs to confront the evils of the Dark Area.
