This is a substantial and scholarly work on an important, though neglected, teaching... the practice of the priesthood of believers.... I heartily recommend this book. - Rev. Conard E. Stairs, B.A., B.Th., minister, professor, former President of Bethany Bible College.
This book thoroughly presents the Biblical teaching about the priesthood of believers. It will create new enthusiasm for being and doing what is most important to our God. - Dr. L.D. Buckingham, lead pastor: Moncton Wesleyan Church, Moncton, New Brunswick.
For the author, priesthood involves ministry for clergy and laity alike.... All who read this book will be challenged to become active proclaimers of the Good News. - Dr. Lawrence Mullen, Professor Emeritus, Houghton College, Houghton, New York, USA.
Having known Marven, I can say his heart beats equally well as a pastor and evangelist. He makes the case for the priesthood of all believers both in principle and in practice. - Dr. Stephen Elliott, Director of Pastoral Ministries and Church Planting, Bethany Bible College, Sussex, New Brunswick.
