Milling for Home Machinists is a project-based book that provides a complete introduction to milling and the use of the milling machine. It assumes no prior knowledge and works through the process of using a home shop mill from beginning to end. This book takes beginners through all of the basic techniques needed to tackle a wide range of machining operations. Four minor and four major milling projects are provided to allow you to gain basic skills, and then use that expertise to build a series of useful and increasingly complex tools.
