Learning 3D Studio R4: A Tutorial Approach

The content of Learning 3D Studio R4 is designed for both individual instruction and use in the classroom setting. It is built around the five modules of the 3D Studio software: 2D Shaper, 3D Lofter, 3D Editor, Materials Editor, and Keyframer. For each module, several tutorials are presented in chapter form, followed by a Commands chapter. The tutorial chapters guide the student through 3D Studio commands and techniques in the process of creating a model. The Commands chapter describes all commands found in the module, and also includes tests and exercises. The two final chapters of the book are project-based tutorials that combine the techniques and commands taught in the preceding chapters.
