Ancient Hawaiian Civilization

In the early 1930's, a group of educators and researchers came together to give a series of lectures on ancient Hawaiian civilization. The lecturers; archaeologists, scientists, Hawaiian elders, physicians and others addressed a wide range of subjects including early navigation, land use and ownership, agriculture, religion, art, sports, games and medicine. Fortunately, the lectures were transcribed and published in this book.
