The Moral Vision of Cesar Chavez

The author looks at the public actions and declarations of United Farm Workers leader Chávez as a window into the ethical structures in which Chávez believed. He argues that Chávez was deeply rooted in a liberatory Catholic social gospel and that he incorporated prayer into his public action.
