Structural Fat Grafting

Plastic surgeon Coleman (director of New York City's Centre for Aesthetics, Rejuvenation, and Enhancement) describes the method of fat grafting he helped develop that is designed to reliably transplant autologous fat. After a chapter describing the importance of the doctor-patient relationship, he describes techniques related to harvesting subcutaneous tissue and refining it into pure fatty tissue and examines potential problems surgeons may encounter. The remaining chapters describe the placement of fatty tissue into specific parts of the face and body. The text is copiously illustrated with color photographs and the CD-ROM contains operative video demonstrating grafting techniques in various anatomic areas.
