Prospects of Integration and Development of R and D and the Innovation Potential of B

Containing the proceedings of the eponymous NATO Advanced Training Course held in the Ukraine in October 2001, this work examines research and development projects, innovation dissemination strategies, and technology transfer in general for the Black Sea Economic Co-operation Countries (BSEC), a group comprised largely of former socialist countries. Bringing together authors from NATO countries, as well as a number from the BSEC, the 17 papers are practice-focused, seeking to "strengthen the applied significance of the topic" and "promote existing innovation infrastructures."
