Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation VIII

Papers from a May 2003 workshop shed light on recent discoveries in EC modeling, the inverse problem and signal processing, material characterization, and advances in electromagnetic nondestructive techniques. Some subjects examined are identification of material degradation for nonlinear electromagnetic problems, eddy current testing of conductive materials using time-of-flight measurements, evaluation of case hardening depth by the MFES method, crack detection of subsurfaces of riveted aluminum structures, and magnetic testing of thermally treated construction steel.
